How It Works:

Send Us an Email:
Shoot an email to info@shotpoles.ca with the subject line CRASH REPLACEMENT.

Include These Details:

• A description of what’s broken and how it happened (we’d love to hear the story—this helps us improve ShotPoles!).
• Clear photos of the broken part(s).
• Your original proof of purchase.

We’ll Review and Respond:
Based on the damage, we’ll offer a crash replacement cost to replace the specific part(s) that are broken. Costs range from $10-$30 plus shipping fees, depending on the part. If necessary, we’ll replace the whole pole.

Qualifications for Crash Replacement:

To qualify for our Crash Replacement Policy, you must:

• Be the original owner of the ShotPoles.
• Provide original proof of purchase.
• Be within the first year of ownership.

ShotPoles were designed with crashes in mind, featuring multiple points of failure to protect you and those around you. To reduce waste and keep as much as we can out of the landfill, we’ll replace only the part(s) that are broken—helping you stay on the slopes and us stay sustainable.
